- This promotion offer only applicable to 1st & 2nd mortgage customers but not applicable to revolving loan customers.
- Customers who successfully applied for the loan within the Promotion Period and drawn down on or before August 31, 2025 will be eligible for the HK$10,000 cash coupons (provided that 1st mortgage eligible customers must successfully drawdown the loan of HK$2.5 million or above; 2nd mortgage eligible customers must successfully drawdown the loan of HK$1.5 million or above). If the customer fails to pass the approval or cancel/ withdraw the application, no HK$10,000 cash coupons will be earned. If the customer submits multiple application forms, successfully passes the approvals and successfully drawn down the loan, the customer will only receive a maximum of HK$10,000 cash coupons.

- The installment loan must be repaid every month when it is due in the first 3 months, and customers are not allowed to make partial repayment arrangements.
- Eligible customers will receive a redemption letter from the company on or before November 30, 2025, and the HK$10,000 cash coupons will be given out in the form of ParknShop cash coupons. Customers can redeem it at our Wanchai branch during office hours within one month after receiving the redemption letter. All cash coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, are not renewable, and cannot be exchanged for other gifts. The company is not the supplier of the cash coupons and is not responsible for any responsibility for the cash coupons or services. If customers have any inquiries or complaints about the cash coupons or service quality, please contact the relevant merchants directly.
- This promotional offer is only limited to loan applications submitted by eligible customers through online platforms, telephone lines or our company branches. For clarification, if you apply for a loan through other channels, you will not be able to get any gifts under this promotion.
